Storage Fees

Purchased items must be collected within 30 days from the date of purchase or
from the date of informing the customer for the arrival of goods in case of
Made-To-Order items.

• Free period is 30 days from the date of purchase.
• Customer will be charged 5% of the purchase value per month after the free given period.
• Items can be store at our warehouse for a maximum of 6 months.

Member of Care Center team will contact the customer on the 35th date after the
purchase period in order to plan for a delivery or pay for storage extension fees.
